Asst Manager  – Central Marketing Office

Job Summary

Work in the Central Marketing Office of KARVY Global and support the team in the following activities – Pre-Sales Support, Marketing, Lead Generation, Development of Marketing Collaterals and Respond to RFIs and RFPs.

Required Skill Set

• Preparing of RFP and RFI
• Understanding customer requirements and converting the same into
  effective Presales tools and Proposals and develop custom presentations.
• Conducting market research on latest market trends to fine-tune the
  business strategies.
• Driving business growth through identification of new customer
  groups/segments enabling market expansion.
• Identifying market trends, research, understanding customer's lines
  of business and requirements RFI / RFP Response.
  Making cold calls and regular interaction with prospective customers as a part of Pre - Sales activity.
• Identifying potential Clients and Lead Generation.
• Develop content for marketing collaterals and corporate websites through research.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in the MS-Office suite of products including MS-Projects and Visio.

Desired Skill Set

Experience in responding to RFIs and RFPs in a KPO space.

Qualification

Graduate / Post Graduate in Management (Preferably in marketing)

Experience

2-3 years in a marketing support and pre-sales role in a KPO services organization.
