Atul Sood
President

Atul Sood brings over ten years of varied industry experience encompassing business and technology consulting, business development, process re-engineering, and corporate leadership. During his career, Atul has been a trusted business and process advisor to companies in the Financial Services, Information Technology, Automotive, Telecommunications and BPO industries.

Prior to joining Karvy Global, Atul worked with MphasiS, an EDS company, and headed their North American Solutions Division. Atul also had great stints at Trilogy, Inc., an enterprise software provider to the Fortune 500 and as an investment banker at CIBC World Markets (formerly Oppenheimer & Co.) where he was focused on the internet and telecommunications industries. Atul holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.

Uday Kumar
Vice President - Sales & Business Development

Uday Kumar heads Sales and Business Development for Karvy Global. Over the past eight years he has been involved in selling business solutions that leverage the emerging opportunities thrown open by the Flat world.

Prior to joining Karvy Global, Uday was a top notch Sales Manager in New York for MphasiS, an EDS company. During his five year tenure with them, Uday managed clients in the manufacturing, media and healthcare verticals. He holds a bachelors degree in Electrical engineering.

Gaurav Agrawal
Head – Operations

Gaurav Agrawal (Gaurav) heads the Operations and the Business and Knowledge Process Outsourcing business units at Karvy Global.

Gaurav brings with him a variety of experience in cross functional roles across software development, commercial bid management, process transition, business analysis, pre-sales and institutional sales. Prior to joining Karvy, he worked with Automatic Data Processing Inc. (ADP), Wipro Technologies, GE Consumer Finance and Alcatel-Lucent Technologies.

Gaurav is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and holds an MBA in General Management from Indian Institute of Management, Indore.

Deepak V Kuriakose
Head, Finance and Marketing

Deepak Kuriakose (Deepak) heads the Central Marketing Office at Karvy Global Limited. He brings to the table ten years of experience spanning engineering, financial services, technology and IT enabled services industry. He currently manages the organization’s marketing and pre-sales functions and in addition to PR, corporate communications and corporate development roles.

Deepak has been associated with the KARVY Group of companies for close to nine years. He has been a key member of its new business initiatives driving the adoption of new age technologies in SBU’s for online trading, CTI and IVR technologies. He has rich domain expertise in areas of technology deployments in mutual fund, depository, stock broking and registry services.

Deepak holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Bangalore University and has dual masters’ degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Information Technology.
