Training & Operations
Karvy Global Limited established centers of excellence for its processes backed by training and quality initiatives which compliment the delivery of outsourced business processes.
We understand that training is a key element in the process of establishing world class standards in the delivery of processes and have developed comprehensive training packages for our associates. This includes a three-day induction program and extensive training on client and job requirements. Client specific training involves process specific training, training on technology platforms, voice and accent training and training on culture and etiquette.
Karvy Global has institutionalized a policy of ten days of mandatory training every year for each of its employees besides training specific to client and process engagements. Karvy Global has a feedback and evaluation mechanism to determine the effectiveness and return on training investments. Quarterly reviews are conducted to address continuous training needs and structure customized training programs.
We have established a state of the art training facility in Hyderabad fully equipped to provide for class-room based training and computer based training environment. The facility is capable of training 300 personnel at any point in time and is equipped with technology for remote training on processes. The training center is staffed with experienced trainers in BPO related fields and also leverages the experience and expertise of external corporate training organizations. |
