Uday Kumar heads Sales and Business Development for Karvy Global. Over the past eight years he has been involved in selling business solutions that leverage the emerging opportunities thrown open by the Flat world.

Prior to joining Karvy Global, Uday was a top notch Sales Manager in New York for MphasiS, an EDS company. During his five year tenure with them, Uday managed clients in the manufacturing, media and healthcare verticals.

He holds a bachelors degree in Electrical engineering.

Gaurav Agrawal (Gaurav) heads the Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) business unit at Karvy Global.

Gaurav brings with him a variety of experience in cross functional roles across software development, commercial bid management, process transition, business analysis, pre-sales and institutional sales. Prior to joining Karvy, he worked with ADP, Wipro, GE and Alcatel-Lucent.

Gaurav is a graduate in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and holds an MBA in General Management from Indian Institute of Management, Indore.

Deepak Kuriakose (Deepak) heads the BPO delivery unit at Karvy Global Limited covering the Healthcare, Insurance and Transactional BPO deliveries to global companies. He comes with over a decade of experience spanning engineering, financial services, technology and IT enabled services industry. He also currently manages the Corporate Services function spanning the organization’s Human Reosurces, Finance, Administration, Marketing, Quality and Technology units.

Deepak has been associated with the Karvy Group of companies for more than ten years and has been a key member of its new business initiatives. He has been driving the adoption of new age technologies in SBU’s for online trading, CTI and IVR technologies. He has rich domain expertise in areas of process and technology deployments in mutual fund, depository, stock broking and registry services.

Deepak holds a bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and has a dual masters’ degree in Business Administration specializing in Finance and Information Technology.
